Liked: Large room, great customer service, treats in the lobby. Right above the magical Maastricht Christmas market!

Liked: The hotel is close to the centre.
Disliked: Not a 2 persone bed, just 2 separate beds pushed together.Foam way too soft.The amount to pay for the parking for 1 night.€40,00, and the taxes after payment.With the parking and taxes, it was €51,00.So, all in all, I paid for 1 night €195,00 instate of the €144,00 for the room.

Liked: The location was on the main square.
Disliked: I booked a room with a view that was not available when i arrived but was not given any prior notification .The heating was controlled centrally, so we could not switch on when required.
