Liked: The location is fantastic! There are so many restaurants that are right in the area! Liked the water dispensers in the hallways. The beds were the best ones on our 30 day visit to Europe!!!
Disliked: Had to go home.

Liked: Staff were great. Location. Accommodating and flexible.
Disliked: The bed was terrible. My fault entirely... I spent a week there and really should have asked for another bed. Im sure they would have exchanged it. Breakfast is not included.

Liked: Very good location. Nice, clean and comfortable room. Very kind staff at the reception.
Disliked: The price is "four star" but the service is definitely not:- there is no ventilation in the bathroom- weak waterjet in the shower- weak hair dryer- the room was quite cold, the heating control seemed not working and there was no extra blanket available in the room- empty minibar- city map is provided but in Dutch only- extremely expensive bike renting feeAll the above is concerning if you take the high price of the room: for such a price you can expect better experience.
