Confortable, great location. Better advertised...

Liked: Great location close to light rail, metro and circular quay ferries. Bed was fantastically comfortable and the rooms quite spacious. staff were polite and friendly. Quite good insulation and thick door, hardly any noise. Food provided through course held at the location was exceptional.
Disliked: The rooms were quite tired and dated. Lots of 70s/80s dark chipboard decor which was chipped scratched and in general need of an update. Does not affect the comfort of your stay but definitely indicates this is not a 5 star location. Cleaning was also a little haphazard, grout in shower was a bit mouldy. I went for a walk on the beach on Saturday, shower recess and bathroom floor was still sandy by Tuesday.

Liked: Amazing location. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Large bath is beautiful. Everything about this hotel is 5 star.

Disliked: Breakfast wasn’t a 5 star experience. Whilst hot food was good and a chef available to prepare eggs it charged an extra $5 for all eggs Benedict combinations and also for pancakes. The buffet offered every type of melon and a fruit salad - of melon. Other fruits are available! Cheap preserves and ketchup. Only two types of cheap fruit juice.
