Liked: Conviently located next to the tram line makes for easy access to anywhere in the city, prime location. Staff were super friendly and nice. Stayed in a corner king room size was fantastic, however the tv was crap out dated can't stream. Bed was super firm and pillows were extremely plush. Breakfast was not worth the money if it's included with the room great, if not go to a cafe.

Short overnighter but most enjoyable.

Liked: The staff member who checked me in, Jewel was absolutely amazing!!!!
Disliked: Having to park my own car.

Liked: We arrived off the plane at 6, and received early check in, which was much appreciated.

Liked: Excellent location to city centre and train station good value got an up grade to a suite early check in and access to a private lounge

Very good and comfortable hotel...

Liked: We had a very comfortable and quiet room with all the amenities we needed and an excellent view over the CBD. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was lovely and large with a big walk-in shower and separate bath. The location was ideal for tourists exploring Sydney being a 10-15 min walk from The Rocks and Circular Quay, and with a train station and tram stop virtually on the doorstep. All the staff were extremely polite and very helpful.
Disliked: Nothing - we really enjoyed our stay.
