Elegant, clean, pleasant hotel. We...

Liked: Like: 1) fashion and elegant, typical Portuguesas decorations2) very clean3) far enough from the city centre to be in a quite aerea, but close enough to be able to reach the very city centre with 5€ Uber4) staff very friendly Dislike1) the spaces are narrow, and I guess this is the only reason is a 3 stars and not a 4 that it may deserve.

Big bedroom and very good...

Liked: Really nice hotel! Love the area, it's close to the metro, safe area, really nice for walks and 15 min by car from pretty much everything. Lovely staff, specially Ana that was able to get me a room before the regular check in hours! Room was big and the bed was really comfort. Very nice breakfast, lots of options for people with dietary requirements! Free fruits, popcorn, tea and coffee all day. Would come back for sure!
Disliked: Not so close to the city, but nice surroundings and uber/taxi is really cheap so worth it.

We have spent the next...

Disliked: We have faced a problem of bedbugs in the room, and had to move out just after one night which was spent in search for other bedbugs, and we were not compensated the price of this awful stressful night
