Liked: Thank you for the service. We liked everything very much. Great room, very friendly staff. Nice view from the window. The hotel and rooms are clean. An incredible spa. Everything you need for relaxation. Delicious and varied breakfast. Special greetings to the cook who prepared breakfast. Charming reception at the hotel. We were satisfied.
Disliked: A trash can was not found in the room. Crossing the street to the spa area and breakfast.

Liked: Every facet of the Hotel was magnificent. Staff were very helpful in booking our tour to the castles.View from the room was Castle can’t beat it.

Liked: The facilities (swimming pool, sauna and spa area) are great, just a little bit busy in the evening before dinner time. From the pool, you have a nice view of Hohenschwangau with relaxing music. The staff are very friendly and kind. The location is very convenient for a walk to Hohenschwangau, the ticket center and the bus stop to Neuschwanstein is just in front of the hotel (you can only go up to Neuschwanstein by the provided bus, a private horse carriage or by walk). We could park at the hotel’s parking even after the check out. We had a room in the historic Jägerhaus building - it was a classic ambience but the lighting was a little too dark. I would definitely go back but rather stay in the new building. At least a night stay in the area is recommended due to the whole day of time spent on both castles, Marien Brücke, the nearby lake (not yet counting the museum of the Bavarian King, renting a boat, shopping at local shops and duty free).

Liked: Amazing location! But the best is the friendly and nice people of the staff! Every single challenge was resolved by the personnel! It is a treasure hotel! I have been 4 times in Fussen that was the best experience ever!
Disliked: Parking card did not work properly ! And someone has written a bill for wine to our room number. But the reception desk's staff resolved the situation !

Lovely stay in an idyllic...

Liked: Helpful staff, incredible location, comfy beds, awesome showers, great breakfast and the pool was a big pius for the kids. Did I mention the breakfast? Yum!
Disliked: Left our bags in the lobby area when we asked the to store them while we went to the castle on checkout day. These were unattended and real should have been in storage somewhere. While we had baggage tags, we were able to just walk up and grab our bags. Not very secure when traveling with all of our documents as such.
