Liked: We were in Köln to visit Titanic show 5 minutes walking from the hotel. We really enjoyed our time. Clean, comfortable and very lovely atmosphere. My son was very happy with Gym and he trained there with pleasure. It was nice opportunity to keep him busy and little boy had no interest in watching phone or TV.

Great hotel, worth coming back...

Liked: Staff was very friendly and helpful, a beautiful blond lady behind the reception helped us with a smile without letting us feel like we are troubling her or stressing her out.Room was clean, we made use of the free rental bike services. Can cast on TV, almost everything was great.
Disliked: We booked last minute so we had to pay a high price.The tap of the bathtub was a bit difficult to use, you also have to use the showerhead to fill the bathroom. We didn't understand how the climate control panel worked.Extra charges for roomservices, if you need a toothbrush, you have to go to the reception to pick it up. Normally no problem, slightly inconvenient if you're already in your pyjama's.

Liked: Room was spacious . Very comfortable bed with superior pillows. Bathroom clean and provided shower gel and hand cream. Tram outside the hotel which takes you unto centre within 20 mins.Didn't realise that breakfast wasn't included in price and it came as a huge surprise at checkout.When we checked in this wasn't explained to us and I don't think I would pay the extra again . I don't think the breakfast was worth the extra 95 euros fod 2 people for 2 nights . Therefore for this reason i would probably not stay again.
