Disliked: I have paid the room in advance (~£160/€193). Upon arrival they requested my card. Without warning, the front desk took ~£740/€880 'as a deposit'. When I realised later and asked, they said it had been 'a mistake' and offered no apologies and no solutions. Only that the money would be returned upon departure. How is this legal? After almost a week I'm still waiting for the money to be returned. I can sadly not recommend this place due to very poor customer service and absolute lack of concern for their clients. It felt almost like a scam.

Very relaxing

Liked: We stayed in hotel 3 nights, location was very good and quite, with public transport we was able to go to center very easily or any other places we wanted to. Every evening we were able to visit sauna and gym, everything was very clean. Hotel has own parking lots. If we will come back we will stay again in this hotel. 100 % recommended
