Disliked: The breakfast options were limited. There were no natural juices, no live cooking station for items like fried eggs, and only 1 or 2 pastry choices. This is far below the standard one would expect from a high-end hotel. A more diverse and quality breakfast spread is essential for a hotel of this caliber, yet it felt more like a budget offering.On our first night, we found that the hotel restaurant was fully booked for dinner, which was unusual and inconvenient. Guests staying at the hotel typically expect to have access to dining options on-site. This oversight disrupted our plans and set a poor tone for our stay.Additionally, due to an unforeseen situation, we kindly requested to adjust our plans with the hotel. While the request came just one day after the free cancellation period had lapsed, we were shocked at how unaccommodating the staff were. They refused every single option we suggested and dismissed any alternatives proposed by Booking.com on our behalf.While I understand the hotel’s strict policy, a little empathy and collaboration would have gone a long way in resolving the matter amicably. Unfortunately, their unwillingness to help left us feeling unheard and undervalued as guests.For a hotel of this caliber, I expected better customer service and flexibility in handling unexpected situations.
