Liked: When I left at 8 a.m. there was a single donut available.
Disliked: Staffing was lacking. Maintenance staff helped me as best they could, but the manager was absent...for an hour after my arrival.

Liked: Value, the price is right for a quick stay.The room was very clean.Ammenities available.I stayed there because I attended rockfest. I just needed a bed to stay in because I would be gone the entire day. Located right by a major highway.
Disliked: I was told there was twenty four hour guest service. I would leave at 6 AM and would not return until around a midnight. There was no one at the desk.I was told, there would be breakfast at 6am. There was never breakfast available.The pillows were too soft. I would wake up every morning with a stiff neck.Many of the light switches in the room did not work. I did have light as every lamp in light bulb worked. I just had to manually turn them on via the lamp.I booked view booking.com at $89 / night. I booked a year in advance. Before I went on my trip up there. I was charged at the current rate whick would put me over $800 because of the proximity to the start if Rockfest. I called them and told them that I have receipts showing that I booked at a lower rate. Fortunately, when I got up there it was a system glitch. O was refunded the difference and stayed at $89 / night. I don't want to discourage people from staying there. I am just making it aware in case it happens to more than just me.

Disliked: I was disappointing in the breakfast options. The book in the room said there would be belgian waffles, eggs, breakfast meats, fresh donut holes, english muffins, bananas, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, bread, muffins, coffee, juice and milk. When we got down there for breakfast all they had was hard boiled eggs, milk, orange juice and granola bars. I admit we got down late the first day. but I went down early the second day to check what they had and it was still just the same stuff.
