Liked: Great rooms! Very comfortable place to stay.

We only slept there so...

Liked: We basically only slept there. The mattress was comfortable, as were the pillows. The room seemed clean.
Disliked: The room felt very humid. It was like the air conditioner was not pulling the humidity out of the air. This made the room a little uncomfortable, especially when sleeping. We have stayed here before and did not have this problem.

Liked: Location was close to the event we were attending.

Bad incident, no ac, otherwise...

Liked: We loved the location and the set up.
Disliked: I have safety concerns, while we were there an employee came in an unlocked back door in the back of hotel and destroyed the breakfast area breaking almost everything in breakfast room. Staff working responded appropriately by calling police. Also our air didn’t work in our room but due to situation they didn’t address the issue until the next stay so we work up in a room that was 78 degrees.

We canceled upon arrival.

Liked: This location refuses to refund the partial refund I am owed per your website’s policy.
Disliked: Unclean. Poorly light. Unresponsive manager.

Liked: Location great. Breakfast adequate.
Disliked: Reported to front desk that the bedroom area carpet was damp. Wet towels never dried so had to replace towels daily.

Decent stay if you can...

Liked: Great location and very accessible to the carver county area. Breakfast was good even though everyday was the same thing.
Disliked: They didn’t always have coffee available at breakfast, and no service to clean the rooms at all or provide new towels. We stayed for five days and no one came to collect trash, towels etc. NOT ONCE. That was a tad annoying cause the trash cans were tiny. The front desk guy was sitting out in the lobby on his laptop and we came out of the pool at around 9:30 to ask for more towels for our room and were greeted with a rough “what do you want” as he stalked over to the main desk. There was also a odd smell when we first arrived that did go away once the air conditioner was on for a bit.
