Liked: Friendly staff nice entrance everything was explained well and it was very clean
Disliked: There was no hot water, design of the bathroom when showing made the floor very slippery Remote control for tv didn’t work very well , being from out of town and no guide you didn’t know what was even on tv.There was a large group of girls running the halls most of the night knocking on doors so it made for an unrestful night

Liked: We were allowed to check in early. Front desk upgraded our room we were given a soaking tub. It was delightful. Bedding was very comfortable. All in all a very nice stay.
Disliked: Property was excellent.

Liked: Location, very comfortable beds, spacious room. Very pleasant decor throughout.
Disliked: Breakfast. Whatever was served with the eggs should have been identified. Was it potatoes? Not sure. What was it? Being intolerant of gluten I needed to know. Also it really doesn’t take much to have some frozen gluten free bread in the freezer to pull out for those of us who are gluten sensitive. The same goes for waffles if you are serving them. I also found the two people on duty (front desk and breakfast area) in need of lessons from Starbucks on how to greet and treat your customers.
