Liked: Nice and clean. Get price! Next to a good restaurant!
Disliked: Nothing!

Good value, pretty basic but...

Liked: Room was clean, beds were comfortable, good location, very accommodating for early check in.
Disliked: No breakfast available - seems like they should have taken something off the price since it's advertised as including breakfast. Hot tub also out of commission tho pool was in working order (we didn't try it tho).

Very dirty room.

Disliked: We arrived in the evening and checked in to the hotel. The room was DIRTY. The toilet had been pre-used. There was no cover on the fan in the bathroom nor was there a shade on the light. The "heating light" for the shower had a wall-mounted timer that not fully mounted on the wall. The bathtub appeared dirty around the seams and there was what appeared to be mold on the ceiling of the shower. There was dirt and hair behind the toilet. When wiping up the floor after showering, the towel was so soiled it was almost black. When walking from the bathroom to the main room after taking a shower, our feet were black with dirt. Face plates for some of the electrical were not mounted to the wall. The door did not appear to lock correctly and the peep hole had paper towels shoved into it. There was weird tape on the wall by the window that was sticky on both sides and was collecting dust and hair. The door looked as if someone had punched it and the frame around the door was chewed up. There was no breakfast available because of a renovation, but we were still charged for it.

Disliked: door didn't shut well.. hot tub out

I'd certainly come back if...

Liked: The gentleman at the front desk was great and very helpful. The room was clean and nice. The location was very convenient.
Disliked: The bed was absolutely used up...hard as a rock. Certainly in the top 3 worst beds I've ever tried to sleep on.

Liked: I thought it was a good value. Not sure why there were previous bad reviews, but the lobby and my room were nice. It looked like they had recently renovated my room, and I liked it. I would stay here again.
Disliked: There was a coffee maker in my room but no coffee. I was told their shipment hadn't arrived yet. Also, no complimentary breakfast as they were remodeling their kitchen.
