Definitely recommended for NYC stay!

Liked: Great location; friendly staff; clean and spacious room size for New York City (we got a deluxe 2 double bed room).
Disliked: Could use a little bit more "counter space" to put things on, like a wider bedside table with drawers.

Impressed with the environment friendly efforts and the power switch run with the key card.

Liked: Beautiful, contemporary room.
Disliked: Continental breakfast wasn't included.

Disliked: Staff wouldn’t refund our deposit after the stay, we had to wait 14 days to receive it from our bank. We stayed in a different hotel the night before this with the same deposit system, where they were able to immediately refund it upon check out. Staff were incredibly rude when dealing with this issue. Huge construction site right in front of hotel resulted in quite a noisy stay- but this is to be expected when so close to Times Square.

Worst stay of my life....

Liked: The property is WAY overpriced. The description of the room versus what you get is NOT the same.
Disliked: There was nothing to like. Rooms are run down. Fabric coming off the framing of the bed. I took a video of the entire room to have as proof for my CC company. Strange markings of idk what on the wall. Doorknob on bathroom rusted and detached. Mini fridge was not in the room as listed. The beautiful description of the room was why I booked. Hotel staff was why I stayed. I was told by Majid I had one of the best rooms he could give me. If that was their best good God it’s horrible. The ghettoes tabs ugliest hotel I have ever stayed in. Millennium hotel down the street closer to time square is way better and half the price for the same room. Clean and modern.

Great location great value

Liked: The location is close to everything. Hotel has coffee in the morning. We get free bottled water upon request. Staff were very helpful.
Disliked: The faux leather trimming on the bed frame is peeling off. The elevator requires room key to go up but sometimes need to try several times.
