The room was ok, but...
Liked: The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.
Disliked: There should have been more options for breakfast. My Sister booked the room while we were traveling and did not know for sure when we would arrive. When we checked in, we found that she had unintentionally booked two rooms. One in my name and one in her name. The staff would not consider refunding the cost for one room even though we both stayed in the same room and did not use the other one.

Disliked: The room was dusty and grimy. There was a hole in my shower, the toilet paper box came off the wall, the lights were dim, the comforter was paper thin, my bathroom vent fan didn’t work and had a layer of dust on it, my sink faucet was stuck on hot, my dresser was missing handle and half rotted from a fridge leak.
