Liked: The front staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Very outdated, bathroom needed some work. Our bedspread had burn marks in them. There are not alot of restaurant options near the hotel. There was only one garbage can and it was not in the bathroom. Not enough outlets worked.

Do not stay here unless...

Liked: Location - easy to get to - right off the highway
Disliked: The hotel rooms were gross - I was afraid to walk barefoot on the carpet due to the amount of stains and not sure what was under that carpet; the bathroom also had stains and was overall disgusting. I wouldn't even shower in the morning. The staff was okay - I think we woke up the front desk clerk when we arrived in the evening and she seemed very confused. I will NEVER stay here again. Included breakfast is a brown bag with a bad apple and a couple of pastries. yuck!

Worst motel we’ve endured in...

Liked: Despite advertising for an included breakfast, no breakfast is provided (only coffee). Desk clerk was pleasant, though when asked about the WiFi password, said that she was still figuring it out. Friendly but inexperienced.
Disliked: Broken lounge chair (foot rest fell off), ceiling lights didn’t work, electrical outlet plate hanging off wall, rust stains in toilet, no blanket provided (only sheets and a thin bedspread), no room phone or hair dryer.

Horrible

Liked: I didn’t like anything about this property. They had no breakfast included in the price. It’s a storage room for employees only. TVs didn’t work in the room one room that we had. I had rented two rooms went and told Mindy the night that we checked in that the TV didn’t work she told me there was absolutely nothing she could do that night. I said that’s fine. The next morning I talked to a different staff. Member told me they would see if they could find me a TV that worked. They never did air conditioning in the other room that I rented couldn’t even read what the buttons were on it because they were all worn off furniture was tour nonworking microwave no telephone. asked for full refund was told we will see if we can put you in another room. Never got that. Mindy wrote on a piece of paper that we would be refunded for both rooms. Once her boss got in that night we have been gone for a week and still no refund. Will be calling Booking.com because it was recorded that the manager would refund both rooms to my credit card and still has not been done. Will never stay at this hotel again false advertisement and not very good staff.

Good

Liked: Bed was newer.
Disliked: It looked like this place was a super 8 that just changed hands. Towels were garbage. Way old. Other than that it was comfy.

Bad

Liked: There wasn't anything redeeming about the hotel
Disliked: The non-smoking room reeked of smoke and had cigarette burn holes in the sheets and comforter. The bed headboard was broken. And there was mold in the bathroom. The light switch in the room flipped but didn't turn anything on.

Good

Liked: Very close to the Hwy 70. Truck stop diner next door within walking distance which was huge portions for decent prices and delicious. Bathroom was clean and a really nice size.
Disliked: Room and bed cover were stinky not like smoke but something. Stains on the recliner that didn't recline because no cord. Burn holes on the comforter for a non smoking room.
