Disappointing

Disliked: No breakfast!!!!

We slept good . Jacuzzi...

Liked: It is ok but Friday night Manager on desk told me no charge to have dog because my dog is hearing and we couple are deaf. Then next day March 1 the manager talked to my husband so I went at the desk, she said 81.00 deposition 35.00 each night I paid 170 for a pet. Ada law deaf or anyone in handicap must have pet no charge..we got upset.
Disliked: Charged me dogThat Ada law deaf have right to bring hearing dog to let us know who at the door. I almost slip and fall that tub are slippery.

Disliked: They had roaches and soon as we walked in there was french fries on the bathroom floor. My husband sat on the bed to eat a sandwich and a freaking roach was crawling on the bed next to him after that I couldn't sleep I couldn't eat also bcuz there was a squished bug in the wall and a live one in our ice bucket I have pics and I am expecting a refund that I haven't got yet and would like to know why

Liked: Breakfast was in a sack…. Apple, cookie, and a pastry… coffee was warm at best

Disliked: It had a very strange smell throughout the property

Liked: Pool was nice . Indoor. Clean. Towels tiny. No wash cloths. Lied about breakfast. Dry toast and trail mix only put out. Had no cell phone USB ports. 3 light bulbs broken. TV difficult to work. Beds ok.
