Disappointing

Disliked: The cleanliness of the place was not the best. Room was dirty, everything was dusty, bathroom floor had toilet paper on the floor, pillow cases had hairs. Reception tried moving us to another room, which was even worst, both beds were dirty, stuff on sheets and stains on pillow cases (looked like blood) . Lights not working. Pool was also dirty

Liked: Everyone was really nice. My daughter which it was her birthday weekend really warmed up to the manager Travis. He was really sweet and caring. She really loved that there was a duck claw machine. Over all we enjoyed our stay there and we do plan on staying there again.

Liked: I liked the option for discount tickets to Chula Vista. It says included but you do pay extra.
Disliked: Paying extra for the included tickets, the breakfast was awful, and the pool made us break out in rashes and bleached out swimsuits.
