I might stay again but...

Liked: The rooms were clean and cool when we first walked in! It was a late check-in and cool was what we needed…
Disliked: The beds were hard…I know they can’t get beds that match everyone’s needs but my husband’s back hurt after the second night because of the hard bed. We also were not impressed with the breakfast! When I got down there, the eggs were Warm but not hot…the breakfast meat was cold and the waffle maker didn’t work!! I also want to point out that every time we came and left during our stay…there was Never anyone at the front desk! And we had to wait a few minutes for someone to show up so we could check out!

Liked: The quietness of the room and hotel alot of the staff was great. Kat woods did great.
Disliked: There was one day that the breakfast wasn't done and cold. Did get a girl at the desk that wasn't very helpful or very approachable.

Disliked: Key didn't work and one night we had people trying to get into our room. Apparently, there was a mixup at the desk

Liked: Everything was great. Clean rooms, great breakfast, great customer service
Disliked: I wasn't notified that the pool was unavailable due to chemical imbalance. We originally booked for 2 days but had to cancel the 2nd night to book somewhere else.
