The building smelled of pot when you first walked in and down the halls. The bathroom was dirty; the shower curtain falling down; no pressure on the shower head, and the bathroom door knob was hanging on for dear life! The PTAC heating unit sounded like a jet plane taking off! The safety latch on the main door was broken in half.

Liked: Front counter person was very friendly.
Disliked: The room was dirty, dirty, dirty, and dirty.

Liked: House Keepers are AMAZING!!!
Disliked: Front desk staffs attitudes, late check in because the laundry wasant finished, no elevator, couldn't swim because too many kids and people and no clean towels, only ice machine on 1st floor, breakfast area empty,dirty.

Liked: awful in the end, sent to Wyndham
Disliked: staff rudeness, outside of building needs cleaned up, paid for late check out and was kept up by housekeeping staff being loud, cursing and derogetory.

Liked: Found prescription pill on counter near bathroom, asked for new bedding because of stains. Carpet not vacuumed.

Disliked: Smelled like weed, rooms run down, hair dryer , fridge and heater didn’t work-reported - nothing down about it-rude person checked us in and was u professional-advertised as having a hot tub-was closed and had been for a year-bed we’re very I comfortable I think mine had a spring sticking out-bedding felt like sandpaper-shower was gross with blood or makeup smeared all over it and was orange-Crumbs all over floor and bed upon arrival - never would stay here again

Liked: The young gentleman at checkout was absolutely amazing. The cleaning people were decently nice and it was in a good location.
Disliked: The bathtub was incredibly filthy. It needed a good vacuum.
