Disliked: Hotter food

Poor

Liked: Did not get the room I paid for. Was supposed to be a king suite. No king bed, no pull out bed,( did get one after the first night) no microwave. After asking about it was told I could just leave if I wanted. Was told they don't have that room... I called to confirm I had that room 3 days before showing up. Lots of fruit flys in the breakfast area and in room
Disliked: Paid for a room that doesn't exist anymore after I confirm.

Dont think I would stay...

Liked: The breakfast options were okay but looked as though left over from day before. The tables looked as if they were not cleaned for days. Location was good for what we were in the area for.
Disliked: The lighting in room was aweful. Towels had long black hairs on them , only one trash can in the room, toilet paper was half roll and no kleenex tissue.

Exceptional

It was fine, not bad...

Liked: They are remodeling and the area was not marked for safety. Concerned for tripping in carpet that was up and requested a sign. Staff did not follow through with a safety sign.

Disappointing

It was convenient and clean

Liked: Location. The room and pool area were nice.
Disliked: It was noisy

The room was okay, nothing...

Liked: The food was nasty. same thing every day. Fake eggs and nickel size dry biscuits. The waffle machine was empty before 9:00 am. location worked for me.
Disliked: They were remodeling. Noise, paint drippings on the furniture, plastic still on the fire alarm, broken chair that I almost fell out of. Messy elevator, paint chips on the floor that never seemed to get vacuumed.
