Liked: Third time staying here. Great location and the staff are always very nice and helpful!
Disliked: The bed was pretty firm and kinda lumpy so I found it uncomfortable. There was grease dripping all over the south door when I first arrived and it got all over me. I called the front desk and they took care of the issue right away though! The room was clean, but it’s old and dated so it looks dingy. The windows were awful. Couldn’t see out the middle pane at all it was so dirty/filmy on the outside. Had better stays in the regular rooms. This was the King Suite so I expected a lot better.

Family Trip

Liked: The complimentary little soaps were good quality. The room was clean and checking in was a breeze. The pool and hot tub was clean. Breakfast had a good variety of choices.
Disliked: It was an overall good experience.
