We enjoyed our stay here. The pool and hot tub were very nice, although the picture of it on the website made it look bigger than it was....but, still enjoyable! I was also able to check in earlier than normal, and that was nice.

Liked: Breakfast was great, bed was very comfortable, and staff was friendly and courteous.
Disliked: Drain in the bathtub didn't work very well. Anytime we showered we stood in ankle deep of water. We also had to get room key/cards replaced a couple times because they wouldn't work.

Liked: The bed was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: The hot tub was barely warm. Staff initially was pleasant but then had housekeeping open our hotel door without knocking at 9:00 am.

Disliked: Minor repairs needed throughout, the whirlpool was like sitting in old bath water- lukewarm and slightly dirty. Management was unaware of this issue, which tells me they don’t monitor the property well. Also noticed the breakfast area was not well monitored.

Liked: Location was nice. Only a few minutes to the convention center and close to restaurants. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: The security guard latch on the door was broken. They didn't say the drink vending machine was out of order, had to find out from another guest. They must have been doing some renovations but there was a couple socks taped to a sprinkler head in the room I was in.
