Horrible Place

Liked: Absolutely nothing was good about this place.
Disliked: This place was terrible from the moment we checked in. We didn't even get a hello, just a "what are you here for?". The pool was closed which was not shown on the website or anywhere else. We get to our room, which was TINY, & they were doing maintenance close to us. It was making things rattle in our room & a piece even fell from the sprinkler system & almost hit my toddler. We brought it up the front desk & instead of apologizing or trying to fix it, they stated "don't worry about it go back to your room." They refused to switch us rooms so we left the hotel & stayed at a different one. Definitely do NOT recommend this to anyone.

Disliked: We stayed so we could go swimming with my kids, and the pool and jacuzzi were ice cold. The key card was so hard to get the room open.

Disliked: Rude staff, the room smelled like cigarettes, the carpet was torn, there was a large metal piece sticking out from the bedtime, when the hair dryer was turned on all the bathroom lights blew. The hottub was out of order. I ended up leaving and staying at a different hotel. I am in the process of trying to get a refund
