Disliked: It was hot in the hallway and we had our air set to 64 and it was hot throughout the night, in our room.

Comfortable and quiet.

Liked: The gentleman manning the food area was very efficient and good with customers. He chatted with several as if he knew them from previous stays.
Disliked: We and another person wanted to ask the hotel maid for a few supplies and she didn't speak English. We managed to finally communicate what we wanted, but it would be a good idea if she could carry a menu of items with her that people could just point to. Example...cups, tissues, toilet paper, etc. It would make things easier for both her and the customer. Just a suggestion.
