Liked: Quite, staffing was wonderful, room clean, breakfast, washer and dryer
Disliked: Everything was PERFECT ☺️

Liked: Said there was sausage- no sausage! The breakfast area was very dirty. Trash can was very sticky and hardened food.
Disliked: Breakfast didn’t have sausage even though it said sausage- very dirty area.Room was very dirty, carpet was filthy; night stand was broken; mold came out of seems of shower when water hit the sides: ice machine was broken; pool area was out of service so not ableTo enjoy that area;

Liked: Looked nice on the inside
Disliked: Nothing worked in our room (127) the water was cold when on warm the shower head would change the water pressure so it hurt once you stepped in and the bed frame was all cricked and kept hitting out legs on it since the bed frame wasn’t even with the mattress.

The hot water was cloudy...

Liked: The food was good and a nice selection to choose from.
Disliked: The sausage was not warm and the eggs were dry.

Needless to say after being...

Liked: Nothing! Property listed pool and hot tub neither were operable. Sent us next door to there "" other hotel days inn 3000 singing hills Blvd upon entering only transferring bc they had a pool as big as a back yard pool. Bedding felt dirty smelled as if it hadn't ever been washed. The topper was the cockroach in the bathroom in the middle of the night... Than when leaving decided to lift up the mattress bc you can't just look under the bed.... Was MOLDY what appeared to be once pizza Gatorade bottles garbage. Kenny the manager didn't care when I called him to inform him of my stay and room conditions that were unacceptable. He basically talked over me kept saying with his heavy accent no refund no refund I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS EVEN AS A LAST RESORT. DIDN'T know Americinn and days inn were under new ownership bc I stayed there in the past it was nothing like this!
Disliked: I told housekeeping to come look under the beds in room 111 he had in ear buds and showed no concerns. So if you don't mind insects
