Liked: I had 2 rooms for two nights but somehow I was charged for a fifth room that I didn’t ask for and would not refund me for that

Overall it was good

Liked: Love the pool, bfast was good and the coffee
Disliked: I had to clean the toilet as there was urine stains on the seat. The bathtub had standing water in it and housekeeping had left a bottle of cleaner on the back of the toilet on the tank. The one bed sheets were dirty looked like some kind of dry crusty krap and no hangers?? Do y'all not furnish hangers anymore??

Disliked: Personally I found the bed a bit hard. In spite of th numerous lights, we both found the lighting rather ineffective. It was hard to see for shaving, makeup, etc.

Liked: The hotel and room was clean
Disliked: They need to scrub the tub better, when taking a bath seen lots of filth, the bathroom fan didn't work, the toilet paper holder was half way across the room which if you were short you would have to stand up off the toilet to get some toilet paper. The staff was not very friendly when checking in and everytime we came into the building or leaving our room they did not say hello. The lights in the room didn't turn on by the light switch at the door you had to walk all the way into the room and turn on the lamp. Breakfast was a joke, I caught the front desk guy cooking the sausages in the microwave and pretty sure he did the eggs the same way. The second morning we went for breakfast there was a large group of men up there and I waited at least 15 minutes for more food to be brought out but had to go to the front desk and even ask for more food.
