Disliked: The first room they put us in had no heat so they moved us rooms. The second room was so disgusting dirty I went and bought cleaning supplies. The hot tub shut off and on there is hair and grey like fuzz floating in it. The pool area clearly is never cleaned. The microwave was so dirty underneath and stuff spilled everywhere. The bedding has stains clearly not replaced with clean bedding.i had no choice but to stay I am I'm here for mayo clinic and on a strict budget I feel the health department comes in. Another guest had ants and black mold in there room . The lock for our door we got stuck for a minute because we couldn't get it to come apart it was scary to think if there was a fire and couldn't see. I want my money back the dresser is broken so bottom drawer doesn't close

Liked: We forgot a bag in our room. ALEX was on staff when we called to check for our bag. He was very helpful and sent it to us. We are very grateful. All of the staff were very nice and helpful. We will stay again
Disliked: Only had one waffle iron. But we survived. Lol

Not a good place to...

Disliked: It was very cold in the lobby and eating area. The rooms were very hot. The thermostats had to be set as low as possible to get even close to a comfortable temperature.

Close to Mayo Clinic, comfy...

Liked: Beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: No shuttle to Mayo Clinic. I had signed up the morning of on the clipboard. When it was time for my shuttle to arrive it never came. I was late for my appointment. I drove 8 hours. And they could’ve told me it wasn’t running that day. They had my room number and name written down.

It was OK, but I...

Liked: Breakfast was ok, grabbed a prepackaged donut and headed out. Ok for the price, Rooms were clean. Quick drive to Mayo from location. Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the Heating unit kept us awake most of the night. Rooms were very cold and breezy. No idea where the Ice machine was.

Pleasant

Liked: Close to Mayo. Quiet and very pleasant staff. Clean
Disliked: No complaints
