Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was ready when we arrived so took just a few minutes to be in our room. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Room was quiet and beds comfortable. Ate great food at the attached restaurant. Left cloths in the dresser and staff happily sent the clothes to us. Stay could not have been better!

Liked: The room was clean and had what we needed.
Disliked: The entire hotel looks run down and dirty. I had to wait for 20 minutes to be checked in because nobody was at the front desk or answering the phone.

Liked: I liked how close it was to the Mayo Clinic, the beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The hot tub was filthy, the breakfast was awful, there was garbage from the previous person who stayed in there, no soaps for the washroom and most hotels will give a little late check out, here it's $20

Disliked: We waited over 15 minuets just to have someone greet us to check us in after a long day and just wanted to sleep
