Exceptional
Liked: Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet. Breakfast was perfectly adequate.

Bad experience at this hotel
Liked: Decent. mid range hotel with adequate but unexceptional facilities
Disliked: Perhaps this was just an isolated incident but we had soiled linens — blood stains on the blanket and multiple hairs on the cover sheet. We asked for new bedding and changed it ourselves but it really tainted what might have been a nice stay.

Our stay was so nice...
Liked: Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only negative thing about the room was the sofa in the room; the cushions need to be replaced ~ they sag into the frame making the sofa uncomfortable for any length of time. The staff is wonderful! They are friendly, helpful, and professional. The breakfast is great, the best we’ve had when staying at a hotel where breakfast is included. There is a good selection, the food is hot, and the staff are attentive.

Liked: Breakfast was average. I would hope in the future a staff could be on site during the breakfast hours (to mainly babysit the guests) I feel if someone was there then the guests may have better manners like not touching or coughing on everything. Oh well, maybe that’s just what we get.
