Disliked: We had chosen the property to enjoy the pool/hot tub, less than 24h from our checking in we received a call from the property saying that pool/hot tub was running cool, heating was broken. This was so frustrating and disappointing for us

Great place to stay. Comfortable...

Liked: Hotel is close to freeway and easy to find. Location is close to Applebees and Starbucks, which kiddos enjoyed. Breakfast is as very tasty!
Disliked: We couldn’t get the back door scanner to work. Hot Tub needed to be warmer.

Liked: location was great and next to a restaurant. The breakfast was good. The wifi worked well. The bathroom was good.
Disliked: One of the beds had some hairs and some black something on the top bed linen. The bed was not really comfortable.The room was dated and the "popcorn" asbestos ceiling was a large part of that and kind of depressing.

Liked: The location was really good ,
Disliked: It had a musty smell , the floors needed cleaned. Whoever cleaned are room left garbage on the floor.

Liked: We didn't eat breakfast. (We never do.) The location was close to our business needs and the staff very accommodating.
Disliked: Nothing. Everything was great.

Probably won't go back because...

Disliked: Main water pipes broke and flooded parts of the main level and we were evacuated at 3 in the morning. Emergency alarms and flashing lights going off in the middle of the night and having to be evacuated outside in winter is not fun.
