Liked: The daily maid service was excellent. People at the service desk were very responsive and hospitable. Employees had smiling faces and ready to answer any questions about the hotel and local directions.

Liked: Friendly staff, clean room, breakfast and atmosphere were great. Hotel in a Quiet location. Easy to get to.
Disliked: Was Very Pleased with my stay. No regrets. I will book to stay here again.

Liked: The bed was nice, room a good size.
Disliked: I’ve stayed at this hotel before. Customer service has changed. We also had a tub with no stopper. We called the desk and the maintenance man said they didn’t have any! Breakfast was not as good as in the past.

It was quite a pleasant...

Liked: The room coffee machine in the room worked.
Disliked: The TV kept going back to store mode and would not stay on the watched channel.
