I'm disappointed room had bloody...

Liked: The room layout and location. I like the tub & shower combination. I like being able to see the blue lights from my hotel room. I like that they allow support animals to stay free of charge and allowed me to check out at noon free of charge. I like the pool area, slide, and hot tub! Breakfast is free, business center; Generally speaking I like the layout of the 2 king suite!
Disliked: There was what appeared to be 2 spots of blood on both of the light switches in the bathroom; found someone else's baby nasal saline spray under couch. No outlets close by to TV with compatible HDMI port; no ports on 2nd TV and it tripped the breaker plugging in Xbox to lamp with the nearest outlet plug in source. The bed sheets were also stained with similar bloody spots! The room was filthy. Front desk staff was rude. She charged my minor (15-16) nephew for the 40 mins delay in check out, which to be fair I'd requested a late check out at 1pm and it was denied she'd said unavailable so I as an adult called them and also went in person to the front desk and offered to pay Nicole $35 to extend checkout til 1pm so my kids could finish showering (7 kids & 1 adult); so I offered in person to pay at noon to stay till 1pm. Nicole said it was unavailable, but it took another 40 minutes to check out because we were searching for my tweens bathing suit which we felt rushed so could Not locate. Left the room at 12:40pm, kids loaded in the car at 12:45pm so we were not in the room til 1pm; but still Nicole took it upon herself to accept payment from a child (15-16) for this $35 fee she'd refused to accept from an adult that had rented the room 45 minus prior. She reluctantly refunded HALF of the charge to this minor's card for this $35 fee I had tried to pay at noon. Nicole KNOWINGLY ACCEPTED payment from a minor child not affiliated with the hotel room rental contract! She should have not accepted payment from a minor at all. Between the filthy room; and the audacity of Nicole, it left a bad taste in my mouth for your hotel.

Disliked: The breakfast in the morning. We went down at 630 and they were already out of coffee and most of the breakfast items. So we went back down at 8 and the same issue.
