I felt welcomed and customer service was very friendly. Have recommended it to my friends and family.

Disliked: The suite was smaller than I thought.

Very good

Liked: Was basically normal stay.
Disliked: Not that I didn't like it, but the breakfast area could use a good sweeping (carpet) .

The front desk staff were...

Liked: It was very close to Spirit Mountain.
Disliked: No walkout patio rooms or balconies.

Superb

Liked: Staff was typically nice and cheerful. The room size was good, and with a decent layout.
Disliked: The shower door needs adjustment, and the edges of the shower need attention. Dirty hardware and mold.

Excellent and comfortable

Liked: We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with a kitchenette. It was a great space for a larger family or 2 families staying together. We had plenty of seating, a full fridge, utensils, and space for a pack n play. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. They had gluten free options for people with allergies. Waffles, eggs, sausage and much more. Pool area was large with plenty of towels, sauna, and large hot tub. Plenty of parking. Staff were very kind and friendly. We will be coming back.
Disliked: Some people might not like that it is about 18 min drive to downtown Duluth but that wasn’t an issue for us. The price was high for being so far out as well.

Jacuzzi room......really nice.

Liked: It was warm and cozy. Fireplace was nice. . Hot tub was Awesome. Blackwoods restaurant delivered right to our room.
Disliked: Bathroom was in weird location but it is what it is.

Liked: The room was clean. The night staff was very kind. The pool area was well maintained. The complimentary breakfast had quite a few options. The location is close enough to everything but far enough that you aren't in a busy area.

Would love to stay again...

Liked: Excellent breakfast, my daughter and our friend's loved the pool, super knowledgeable, friendly and understanding staff, super clean room!
Disliked: It was only one night we stayed haha
