I felt welcomed and customer service was very friendly. Have recommended it to my friends and family.

Liked: Customer service.
Disliked: The suite was smaller than I thought.

Liked: That the pool and hot tub was open at 7:00am and open till 11:00. I love that adults only from 10:00-11:00pm

Liked: The AmericInn has a lot of offerings that make for an easy holiday: restaurant, gym, pool, convenient parking. Room was large.
Disliked: Nothing nearby but a convenient store. The restaurant closes at 10.

Disliked: I was charged $25 for arriving two hours early, due to meeting cancellation and we had nowhere else to go. All three of us were charged $25. I thought that was unnecessary.
