We froze due to the...

Liked: We've stayed here 2x before and really liked it. We will stay here if we return to Pella, a delightful Dutch town, with friendly people and 2 wonderful Dutch bakeries.
Disliked: We froze all night, it was so cold and windy outside, and the 1st set of glass doors was stuck open, and our room thermostat didn't go high enough to warm up the room. My husband got his winter sleeping bag, Russian fur cap, and double jacket hunting coat from the car, and slept inside them. Once he fell asleep, I grabbed his sleeping bag and breathed under the covers to finally warm up.

A good place for a...

Liked: Good location for us…near the main roads going in and out of Pella. Clean, quiet, all day coffee, a place to sit with friends or family outside the room. Some fast food across and down the street. Good showers with plenty of hot water. Thankful for the coffee machine, fridge and microwave.
Disliked: The breakfast was typical “chain food” processed eggs and sausage with the usual waffles, dry cereal, oatmeal, and juices. The packaged pastry was dry, as was the “fresh bread” that seemed to be left out too long and not replaced by real fresh breads. Thankful for fresh fruit and yogurt.

Very good

Liked: The lady at the front desk during check in was very friendly. Our room was clean.
Disliked: Breakfast could use some attention. The Bisquits were rock hard. The sausage gravy was cold. The potatoes were soggy. The only good thing was there was coffee and it was hot.

Ok

Liked: Breakfast topical. Location fine.
Disliked: No hot tub, no frig in our room. We where hoping to bring our in town grandkids to swim, but not allowed.

Superb

Liked: Newer finishes and technology, quiet, online check in & out. Good variety for breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing really.
