Liked: The staff was very nice, they had a lot of different options for breakfast, and the rooms were clean.
Disliked: The control knob for the fridge in our room was broken so we couldn’t adjust the temperature. The hot tub was out of service and the bathroom door in our room had to be forced shut. There were also patched up holes that were never painted over (big white patches on the wall) and the leather on the desk chair was peeling.

Liked: This is an older building, but it was spotless-- in the lobby, hallways and my room. Very, very clean. I was very impressed. Traveled on Thanksgiving weekend, and didn't hear a sound the night I stayed here. Would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: While I slept well, the bed was a little firmer than I preferred, but that is a minor concern, and would not stop me from booking here again.

Liked: The breakfast was very good. A lot of good choices, the staff continuously restocked items. The room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The staff worked with me to cancel one of the rooms that I had reserved. That was great. But when I got back home I noticed I was still charged for that 2nd room. It have been almost a month since then and I am still waiting for refund on that room that I received a cancellation to. That will affect if I choose to return to this facility again.
