Better than I expected

Liked: Though the room was smaller than I expected and the amenities were bit scarce, The fantastic staff More than made up for everything! The woman at the front desk repeatedly went above and beyond anything I could have half asked. I have a traumatic brain injury and she treated me with respect compassion and care... Not easy to forget this and for that reason I will be returning!
Disliked: No plug to charge my phone with! U s b ports should be pretty normal now in every facility , but you Gu.Ys didn't have one and it made it kind of Challenging for me to communicate with my family and friends.

Liked: Breakfast was good. Cookies were amazing. Staff allowed us to use nice high top table in lobby to play cards after we checked out. This was very valuable to us because we had 2 hours to kill before our event.
Disliked: No elevator

Liked: It was gross there was stuff splattered on the walls and furniture that looked like blood. The lady with the reddish hair with grey roots that checked us in was awful. She was horribly rude during a hard time of traveling for a funeral. There was one very nice lady working breakfast the next morning. That was the only positive we noted..
