Liked: Nice big room. Seemed clean.
Disliked: All pillows were like rocks. Half the lights in the pool area were flickering or out. Chairs were Brocken and no towels. It was the worst continental breakfast Ive ever seen. Barely anything to eat. Some dry crusty eggs. Juice machine was broken.lots mo

Liked: Close to the wedding we were attending!
Disliked: The room was dirty! We checked in by 3:00 and had to wait because they were not ready as they were short staffed and rooms were not ready for new customers. Overall the room was totally unexceptable. I have called (4) and Patel has not called me back.

Liked: The guy that checked us out was very friendly along with the housekeeping staff and the breakfast was good.
Disliked: Keys were not activated so had to go back down and then only one was activated had the staff that checked us in been a little more friendly and taken accountability for her mistake it would have been easier to look past it, also beds were uncomfortable

Disliked: Wanted to charge 30 dollars and hour to check in early. Overcharged me. Outside door didn't lock. Nasty breakfast food. Stingy on coffee.

Liked: Location was great for our needs and the lobby was spacious and comfortable
Disliked: rooms felt very damp

Disliked: Understaffed, food service had to be done by mgr because you do not pay enuf to retain some personnel , food service was sub standard because mgr was busy at desk plus handle food. You need to increase your wages, now , to keep your reputation. You cannot

Liked: Everything was was expected, location off the highway is great. Rooms are clean and ready to use. Breakfast was limited, but it was during the week. It was quiet, even though it was relatively busy. Staff was gre@4 with things that were needed.
Disliked: There is no elevator to get up to the second floor. We were able to accommodate for that, but might not work for everyone. Taking a shower in the morning before we left and the hot water ran out fairly quickly, maybe within 10 mins.
