Liked: Front desk staff (Frankie I believe) was great! Super friendly and helpful. Quiet room. Clean facility.
Disliked: The 1st room I checked into 316 - smelled terrible like smoke. We requested a different room. Went to 315 which was fine. The pillow was awful! Like a bag stuffed with rocks. Could not sleep because of the awful pillows.

Good but not great!

Liked: The rooms and hotel were clean. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: The breakfast wasn’t great. Hotel was overpriced.

Liked: The breakfast was quality. Person handling was very friendly. I wanted better cinnamon rolls but everything else was good.
Disliked: N/A

We will not stay there...

Liked: It was conveniently located and the lobby was beautifully decorated.
Disliked: The 1st room we were in had a door that did not lock. The carpet was heavily stained and the desk chair looked like it came from the goodwill! The room also had a bad odor.The 2nd room we were in, the hvac did not work, the sink leaked all over the counter and the toilet had problems flushing.

Over all we enjoyed out...

Liked: Cleanliness, Staff, Access to Coffee Bar stocked with creamer and flavors, the free water and snacks in lobby, music, the ambiance of the place is very nice. Breakfast was great too!
Disliked: It is a little older facility and some things needed updating. The bathroom had a little mold and the flooring and bedding was older too.
