Liked: Great location and friendly staff!
Disliked: The shower was sub par. It did not have any water pressure. The carpet looked worn and like it needs to be updated. There was dog hair on the top cover of the bed.

Disliked: Horrible experience. Got woken up around 1 am to what I thought was something that looked like a mosquito bite itching on my leg. Looked more around me in the bed and found a tiny bed bug and when I continued to look around found 2 full grown ones climbing around and multiple little ones on the crease of the head board. Went to the front desk to let them know what we found and they moved us rooms at 2 am. Went to the front desk in the morning to say we wanted a refund and to cancel our second night because at this point I was disgusted and wanted to just leave and they claimed they went and looked and “didn’t see anything”. Wouldn’t give us a full refund, they said they could cancel the next night and give us a discount price(50$ off, still had to pay over 100$ for a bed bug infested room) for the first night and that “it would be different if they found something”. I showed him the pictures of the ones we found and the time stamp on them and he still didn’t seem worried about getting it taken care of at all. So heads up they have bed bugs that everyone should know in that line of work is hard to find when you’re looking for it in the day time and aren’t going to get it treated so avoid room 224 and any one near it if you decide to stay here.
