Liked: We enjoyed the pool room. Clean and hot tub was nice and warm! Balls and toys available for us to use in the room!
Disliked: Vending machines (ice cream sandwiches) mostly sold out.

Nice Experience

Liked: Location of the hotel was excellent, convenient to the highway and downtown Manitowoc. Room was also excellent and a very good price.
Disliked: Nothing to speak of.

Liked: We were there for a funeral and the staff was very accommodating and kind. It made the entire trip more tolerable.
Disliked: Nothing.

Felt stood up for awhile

Liked: Low key and quiet, great breakfast
Disliked: I stood at the front desk for a half hour. I called and rang the bell. No answer. Another guest finally tells me. The front desk person was also in charge of clearing snow so he went out to the parking lot to get her. I’m very grateful for him, who knows how long I would have waited. My dog was in the car and it was quite cold. Maybe it wasn’t the employees fault but you would think they would have a maintenance person for snow removal.
