Liked: Very welcoming. Reception Area was decorated for Christmas, smelled good, was clean. Pre check in made it very easy as we got the in the evening.
Disliked: The room was very dark. Only a couple lamps and the bathroom light. Even the window in the morning was not much help. The pool area was nice but the water was very cold.

Large rooms, nice motel facilities,...

Liked: This AmericInn is along the Nebraska Parkway in booming south Lincoln, across from Walmart and many other shopping/eating offerings. The rooms are huge with microwave, fridge, decent shower, somewhat firm mattress, and desk/chair. The free breakfast has eggs, meat, biscuits, gravy, and many other options. There is an small indoor pool that kids seemed to love. The staff were ready to help.
Disliked: The rooms are quite bare with little wall decorations etc -- this was not a problem for me. The in-room coffee maker was clumsy but there is coffee available in the lobby.
