Disappointed as reviews did not...

Disliked: Didn’t feel safe as was on ground level and window was broke and being held by wood, cobwebs in room, office chair was ripped, tub had rust in it, mosquitos in room….

I will always come back...

Liked: Staff was very helpful and very nice
Disliked: Rooms was clean and a nice size space the king bedroom was good for privacy from the kiddos

Superb

Disliked: Could not get the tv to do anything and could not get ahold of the front desk either. but we really didnt need to watch tv so we let it slide.

Worst stay in a hotel...

Liked: Location was awesome. Breakfast was great.
Disliked: Trained staff, attentive staff, no listening to problems, staff out smoking and not at desk, staff seen going into bathroom and stayed in there 35 mins as I waited to voice a party going on next to our room at 130am. I requested a double queen and was made to except a King bed for 3 of us. Hideaway bed was so uncomfortable that we all squeezed into one bed. I could have spent less at a motel 6 and possibly could have been accommodated better. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Went to pool and had to leave because 10 to 13 year Olds doing cannonballs. Went to front desk,it was addressed but kept going on so had to leave.
