Disliked: The bath tub looks dirty plus the water doesn't drain.

Liked: The bed was ok, staff was great and the food was well free so I can’t complain.
Disliked: I had ants in my room, crawled into my drink at night…very upsetting. Then management changed my room, very inconvenient, and I smelled smoke in my room. It kept me awake, but I didn’t want to get out of bed to complain…just had and horrible experience.

Liked: They helped with an upgrade. They did help with getting a party area by pool.
Disliked: The pool area was cold. Didn't stay warm in pool. Pool temp was cooler then u would expect. Toilet in room was clogged. Had to plug it our self's. Kids kept playing Crane machine but the toys are to big and the claw can't pick them up.

Disliked: Kids running in the halls-not being supervised by adults. Curtains could cover more-especially facing halls/pool.Bathroom small, door hits the toilet

Liked: The breakfast was as expected. I’ve stayed at other AmericaInn’s in the past. Hot pancakes was a nice addition. All the staff was very friendly.
Disliked: Website stated daily housekeeping. We returned to our room late (10:15) and rhe beds were unmade and used towels were in the bathroom. When we asked why in the morning, we were told daily housekeeping was upon request. If that had been stated in the list of amenities, I would have requested it. I showed a screenshot of the amenities to the staff working at the desk. Told them it’s an easy fix. Add (upon request) next to Daily Housekeeping.
