Liked: The staff was super friendly.
Disliked: The room looked clean but when I pulled out the sofa sleeper it was filthy. The cushions were dirty crumbs everywhere. The floor under the sofa was not vacuumed. There was food on the floor and on the cushions. Housekeeping needs to pay more attention instead of just trying to get the job done.

Disliked: We checked in on a Friday and out on a Monday, not once did we get our room cleaned, no clean towles offered or extra rolls of toilet paper or empty our trash not once

Disliked: Room faced huge dumpster full of trash, couldn’t get early check in was on road for 12 hours work for UPS in Janesville for the week so had to sleep in trick til ruin ready at 2 pm
