Disliked: Smelly rooms garbage behind TV pool room was the worst couldn't even sit in the hot tub chlorine fumes made it so hard to breath a family came running out

Disliked: One of my original rooms that I had a confirmed reservation for was cancelled. No explanation. I had to reserve an additional room at the last minute which cost me an extra $150. I will never book thru Booking.com or stay at an Ammericinn again

Disliked: I reserved two rooms thru booking.com several weeks ahead of my stay. On the day I was to arrive I received a text message saying one of my rooms was declined. I called the motel I was told I only had one reservation and blamed booking.com. I had to reserve another room which cost me another $150. I will never stay at your motel again.

Felt expensive for being in...

Liked: Location was great, very centrally located and 3 different drive-ways in, so if you miss the first turn, there's two more. Room was clean in all the right places, property overall appeared to be well taken care of and recently updated. Loved that coffee was available in the lobby almost constantly. Had some trouble checking in, but everyone Hadley called for help, save for one, was very nice and patient with her and I really appreciate that the people she called were very clear in not wanting my card double charged (though it was a 3rd party card, so it wouldn't have gone through). Becca, Hadley, Linda, and Angie were all great. Linda was quick to recommend the rewards program for better deals than 3rd party sites, which although I rarely travel was nice, she clearly cares about and is loyal to Wyndham. Appreciated the strange curtains in the room, the wind and cold were so brutal regular curtains would have let the drafts freeze the room.
Disliked: Bathroom was very dark and didn't have a fan, hot water took 9 minutes (after the first cold shower, we timed it) to get to the room. Probably just very far away from the hot water heater, but still felt bad wasting so much water waiting for it to get luke warm.
