Liked: Nice bed, roomy bathroom.

Liked: The location was easy to get to, room as clean and the night manager was very accommodating and friendly.

Liked: The bed was comfortable
Disliked: Can hear people walking above my room and walls are very thin. Also can here busy traffic outside.

Liked: Honestly, the only good quality about this hotel was the location. I waited 10 minutes for the front office employee to come down. We walked in and it smelled of mildew & smoke. I often go to nursing Conferences. Extremely outdated.
Disliked: This hotel is extremely outdated. The smell of mildew climbs the walls as you walk in. Very dirty. I travel for nursing conferences and I will never ever stay here again. There is a America Inn in Duluth that is fantastic. This was embarrassing

Disliked: Overpriced for this old hotel. Room bathrooms and mattresses old. Musty smell

Disliked: Some of the towels we received had brown stains on them

Liked: Great check-in process. Onsite staff was really helpful abd polite.
Disliked: Dirty floors on steps. Waiting for fitness room to be completed.

Disliked: The hallway and stairs were very dirty. Breakfast was minimal when we arrived at 8am although it was served till 9:00. Coffee was weak.
