Pleasant

Disliked: Hot tub jets didn't work, very upsetting. It was like sitting in a tub bath. We booked because there was a hot tub, get there and a note on it saying jets not working. Will not be back to stay at this hotel.

It was a clean,pleasant hotel...

Liked: We liked that it was very quiet which made it peaceful.
Disliked: There was nothing that we didn't like. Good place to stay.

Fantastic!!!!

Liked: Staff is excellent, very friendly and organized!! They did an excellent job of re organizing the arrangements for Birkie Week 2025! A very important week for your hotel!!!!
Disliked: I like everything and stay there whenever I’m in Hayward!!!

I would look for another...

Liked: It was just ok, a little below average.
Disliked: Staff did not make beds, room had a problem with the toilet not working correctly. It took multiple requests to get it repaired.
