Fantastic!!!!

Liked: Staff is excellent, very friendly and organized!! They did an excellent job of re organizing the arrangements for Birkie Week 2025! A very important week for your hotel!!!!
Disliked: I like everything and stay there whenever I’m in Hayward!!!

I would look for another...

Liked: It was just ok, a little below average.
Disliked: Staff did not make beds, room had a problem with the toilet not working correctly. It took multiple requests to get it repaired.

This was a great combination...

Liked: The breakfast was fine and more than I had anticipated. The staff made sure the tables were cleaned and turned over quickly.
Disliked: Stronger/better coffee. It seemed thin.

In town for Cranberry Festival

Liked: Neat and clean, quiet for the most part.
Disliked: Breakfast wasn’t much, and the hot tub wasn’t working.
