We had a room for 5. When we got there it turned out there was only 2 of us, so they moved us to a room with a hot tub/fireplace, at no extra charge.

Liked: When I called 1/3, the day before my reservation, the woman who answered the phone was great! She was very polite and accommodating. I explained that I would not be able to join my adult son and asked if I could pay in advance, giving her my credit card info over the phone. She said yes, took my info and told me it was all set. My son would be able to check in and out with my credit card on file being charged.
Disliked: When my son checked in, the man at the front desk, my son thinks his name is Giovanni, was rude and insistent that my son had to provide him a credit card to use.What would he have done if my son didn't have another credit card or cash to pay for the room? Use my card that was on file, to which was already approved the previous day to pay.I travel up from out of state for Green Bay Packers games as I am a season ticket holder. Makes me want to rethink where I stay next season.

Disliked: Breakfast soso. Cold. Pool area was not friendly to use. Pool freezing cold. Poor lighting.The elevator on our first trip to room the light was out.

Liked: Room was clean and seemed to have been remodeled recently. 10 min from Lambeau field.Had pool and hot tub.We were able to check-in an hour early.Bed was comfy and pull out was fine.Free breakfast was available.
Disliked: Had a king suite, it was very tight once we got all our stuff in the room. We were a family of 5, and had all our game day gear with us. Had to use the hot tub as a storage space for luggage.
