We had a room for 5. When we got there it turned out there was only 2 of us, so they moved us to a room with a hot tub/fireplace, at no extra charge.

Liked: The staff was super friendly & helpful. We did not try the breakfast. We went to a restaurant outside of hotel.
Disliked: The toilet worked well but was crazy noisy. Basically the waterlines to bath sink was noisy (loud). Our room was extremely far away from front desk & breakfast area.

Disliked: Called Friday to pay in advance of checking in on Saturday. The woman was very helpful and put a message in the reservation to use card on file.When my son checked in on Saturday, the man at the counter was not very polite and adamant that he produce the card. After several minutes of discussion he reluctantly agred.

Liked: Better than expected from a 2*. Rooms very clean and cleaned daily. Comfortable beds and decent TV. Breakfast had all you could ask for. Cereals, tea/coffee, bagels, donuts and hot food. Waffles, eggs, sausage and bacon. Nothing bad to say about our stay. No real interaction with staff because we didn't need to. Would stay there again

Liked: The courtesy at check in, the cleanliness of the entire place, the size of the room, the comfortable bed and pillows, the softness of the water, the size of the towels and the awesome breakfast!!
