Disappointing

Great time in Greenbay at...

Liked: Our grandkids loved the pool and spent alot of time there, I appreciated that the pool was kept warm enough. Hot tub was great also for us oldsters! Breakfast was very nice, eggs sausage waffles, etc.
Disliked: Can't think of anything.

Liked: I booked 2 rooms. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was decent, pool & hot tub were clean and set at comfortable temps. The staff were very accommodating to all issues that were found. ( Room 1 - Fire alarm was falling off the ceiling - immediately fixed, Room 2 - smelled of cigarette/ashtrays, we were given a different room right away.)
Disliked: I did feel that our rooms were not vacuumed as well as they should have been. I only found this when I picked up something that I had dropped, and retrieved what I dropped along with several strands of hair, that were not mine.

Disliked: Everything the guy at the deck the second time was rude there were no vending machines anywhere at all there were gambling machines the little they did have that you had to get someone to the desk to purchase was outrageous price the toilet in the room was not attached to the floor so you felt like it was going to come off when you sat on it the sheets were dirty there was someone’s fake eyelashes in the bed and not mine I don’t use fake lashes there was blood drops on the walls in the bathroom and outside it the bed was hard usually we sleep in when we are away from home we we up and out of there before 6:30am to make our trip home to shower neither one of us wanted to be there any longer my shower at home was safer i usually leave alott of good things on these and every AmericInn I have ever stayed in has been great but this was not!

Liked: Location was great, price wasn’t bad, staff was nice, hot tub was good and clean.
Disliked: All throughout the night there was people stomping and running throughout the hallways and above our room. By 6:30 am we could even hear staff members being loud and we weren’t able to sleep in past that.

Liked: The room was nice and comfortable and the staff was nice.
Disliked: Toilet didn't flush, toilet water kept rising. Staff came to plunge it, but didn't work. He said he was going to have the maintenence guy come fix it but the side never showed. Didn't get to use it the whole night.
