Disrupted sleep - Decent hotel...

Liked: Great location & nice updates. Pool was huge!
Disliked: The smoke detector needed new batteries. I told them before we headed out at 3p and the manager said maintenance would change them. 2a - it went off again every 5-10min. It was horrible. Especially having to be up at 530a for a competition - barely slept. I mentioned the smoke detector again to the gal at breakfast time. She apologized. By 2p, the manager called to apologize & seemed very sincere. Offered 30% off, but I definitely got far less refunded. Ah, well. I guess anything is better then nothing. Great location for the hotel- No other complaints. I'd still go back.

Liked: Was gone before breakfast
Disliked: The USB ports on the lamp between the beds were broken and not useable and when we pulled out the pullout couch, the sheet was way to big and wouldn't stay on and it had crumbs all over it still. Clearly wasn't changed.

Bloody handprints are gross

Liked: Location was convenient. The mini muffins at breakfast were good.
Disliked: A child's bloody handprint on the backside of the bathroom door and that no one cared or did anything about it except to let housekeeping know for the following day. Also used tissue shoved into the door peephole...made me wonder how well the rooms really got cleaned. The entryway was also very soiled and unwelcoming.

Exceptional

Liked: Staff was very friendly!Toiletries were awesome (Dove products) compared to other regular hotel itemsGot upgraded for free upon arrival which was an awesome bonus!

Offended

Liked: The accused me of smoking in my room to keep my deposit. I am a smoker but I definitely respect the rules. They kept my deposit another time and never said anything to me about it.
Disliked: Staff trying to keep deposits

Exceptional

Liked: The staff and facilities were fantastic! Very friendly and helpful staff. The continental breakfast was better than most.
Disliked: Packers home game weekends are a little pricey, but that's true everywhere
