Liked: Helpful staff. Nice rooms, hot tub, and pool. Good breakfast and shuttle service. It was everything we were looking for.

Restroom door showed it's age but the good full breakfast and pool area more than made up for that.

Liked: The Best Western Hotel chain is the best and I will not use any other given a preference. Always clean and comfortable with a wonderful breakfast, unlike some who advertise but don't measure up. Friendly courteous staff, a well run business that should be first choice when staying away from home.

Liked: The breakfast bar was good and the staff was friendly as well as accommodating.
Disliked: I know the hotel is under renovation. The hallways were dark, the tub had rust spots and missing chalking in the corner, and my shower knob did not work properly so it was a little frustrating trying to turn it on. The toilet rocked when I sat on it; it scared me a bit. The room overall was clean but was a little moldy in scent...likely from the A/C.
