Disliked: It was OK, but when I made it to the room, the sheet wasn’t clean they had to switch me to another room

Liked: needs more selection. fresh fruits would be a good addition.
Disliked: pool was closed. Website advertises an indoor pool. Pool is only seasonal as no heaters in the pool. Website does not explain this. I booked this hotel for access to an indoor pool. Toilet plugged during stay. Called front office for assistance and a toilet plunger was handed to me: I immediately said, " you're doing this". Vents in room heater were filthy and strong odor when first accessed room. Both my daughter and I became ill with respiratory symptoms during our stay.

Always a joy to stay...

Liked: The personnel are always so friendly and willing to help with anything. We stay here every time we come to Galesburg.
Disliked: The bathtub faucet dripped. That's it for issues and that wasn't even really an issue.
