Liked: The staff was very po k ite and professional. Everything we needed, food, coffee, even a drug store, and restaurants were within walking distance.
Disliked: We just wish the trip was for a vacation or something fun instead of a serious medical issue. It was a perfect location to just kick and relax. Not the case on this trip. We really didn't get to relax and enjoy what they had tonoffer. We will be back. Thus is our new place to stay when we come to the T win Cities.

Liked: Only seen one person working. Checkin, filling pool towels, breakfast, etc. He was always friendly and handled the job well. It was a pleasant place to stay.

Liked: Location was great and staff were friendly. Nice lobby. Standard free breakfast.
Disliked: Poor WiFi. Dingy room with stained lampshades and poor lighting. Bathroom could use a deep scrub. There was dust on the popcorn ceiling.

Best pools

Liked: The pool was a perfect temperature which is very important for young children and the elderly. This is more important than we realize. Warm relaxing water is an absolute gift. Can't thank you enough for your care. Americinn is the only hotel that maintains a pool temperature that is not only tolerable but relaxing.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing. Thrilled with the place
