Liked: Comfortable rooms
Disliked: They change the wifi password every day and its a pain in the butt, when your staying for a week.

Disliked: The hot tub needed to be turned up in temperature, it was like a lukewarm bath.

Liked: Room was clean enough but musty smell.
Disliked: Greeting minimal and not very friendly. Sauna down, hot tub in need of repair. Open hole of filter. Vending and soda machines low or empty. Ice machine in need of repair. Only gave out half a bucket.

Perfect for our first time...

Liked: Great location for visiting Saugatuck, Douglas, and Holland. Friendly staff. Accommodated us for the fact 2 occupants both had walkers. Put us on first floor. NO elevator.
Disliked: Breakfast was ok. Could have been a little more upscale. TV remote only worked close to TV.

Disliked: It would be good to have a sign/note in the room as to where the ice machine is.
