Disliked: There was no hot water for the hot tub in the room in the evening of the the12th. I specifically reserved this room for the hot tub and was unable to use it.

Disliked: There was no hot water the night we stayed. The front counter clerk was very rude to us. They made us switch rooms, and the room we went to had no air. Switched back to original room. Breakfast food that was supposed to be hot was not even warm.Will not stay again

Liked: Traveled with my 4 children who were extremely excited to go swimming, as that’s all they talked about. After checking in I noticed that the pool was completely gutted out and under construction. No notification of the pool being unavailable before hand, not on their website or over the phone when I called the property multiple times before check in. Was promised by the front desk via text a $35 discount for the inconvenience but I never received it, called the property twice just to be told “we will check into it”. The man on over night shift at the front desk was very rude when I asked for an extra room key, was not impressed by his customer service.

Liked: The front desk woman asked if we would prefer first floor as they did have an elevator. We said yes and she gave us a more expensive room at no extra cost. She was very caring. The breakfast buffet was really good, waffles , biscuits & gravy and much more.
Disliked: Everything was very good and can’t think of anything.

Great stay!

Liked: I was traveling with a trailer and I found plenty of open spaces to pull in and use two spots for truck and trailer, but on busy summer weekends I could see parking being a challenge. Overall stay was great, although Pool area was under construction.
