Won’t be back

Liked: Location to airport
Disliked: No elevator, pool out, not very clean, spent time scheduling shuttle to airport for 3 am and then they didn’t have us down at all

Glad it was a really...

Liked: Location
Disliked: Not enough parking, reserved 4 rooms but only neede 3. Staff could not help me cancel the room. I couldn’t figure out by myself how to cancel it on Booking.com. No elevator at property. Had to carry a 50 lb bag up 2 flights of stairs with 2 bad knees. Daughters room smelled like smoke and air conditioner did not work.

Done won’t be back, pool...

Liked: Location and parking for air travel
Disliked: Not very clean and staff incompetent . Asked for a 315 shuttle to airport and they did not have us down the next morning
