Disliked: Holes in walls,bad plumbing,cold room even after heat turned on.Cracks in sink.mattress on bed is well worn even after turning it. Had to request a blanket was given a bed spread. Poor breakfast. No cream cheese or a variety of things for toast or waffles.peanut butter or flavors of jelly besides grape. Was told of discount for doctor visit after I checked in and could not be given to me.was also told that would be charged for damages to the room so I took pictures and called front desk about each problem so beware this maybe how they get you to pay the repairs.

About what would be expected...

Disliked: Had to change rooms because the sheets were not clean

Disliked: Our first room didn’t have air conditioning working so our room was hot. There were also bugs in the bathroom. Our TV didn’t work. So we were given a new room where the air and TV worked but there were still bugs in the bathroom.

Liked: It was available on a football weekend. The beds were nice, the blinds did block out the light. The beds and carpet look newer
Disliked: Lot of bugs in our room, which was odd. Then they were also in the pool - just dead millipedes everywhere and looked like they had been there for a while…. Cleanliness was a pretty low rung here. We were trying to be nice but after our shower didn’t even work we had to switch rooms. There was also a stain on the bed…The room we stayed in was ADA so it had a sitting shower. Whoever actually needs ADA showers would have an extremely bad time here, the shower faucet barely worked and was clogged up/broken. Water got EVERYWHERE, almost like the bottom of the open shower wasn’t designed to keep water in. I made a little dam to keep some water in using towels. Forgot about the water issue in the morning and ended up soaking my pants from water that had pooled around the toilet - fun issue to deal with - good thing I wasn’t in a rush Turned on our ac for some heat and it smelled pretty charred. Breakfast - they had biscuits and gravy. I actually couldn’t figure out what the biscuits were until I opened the gravy. They also had a waffle maker, and that produced a pretty funny lace/hole waffle because something was wrong with the batter. To summarize, the bed here was nice, it did the job for what we needed. I wouldn’t actively choose to stay at this hotel, I had seen the reviews and thought it’d be generally ok butttt I was wrong. Got a nice new story though. There’s also a huge tripping hazard coming in to the hotel, the sidewalk is raised 1/2” and tripped on that unexpectedly coming in Front desk lady was nice!
