Clean and comfortable... good value

Liked: Clean and comfortable. Staff was polite and professional.
Disliked: We had to pay an extra per-child fee in order for our young grandchildren to swim in the pool for a couple of hours. That would've been fine, but we found out they charged family members who stayed there a few weeks before us a different rate, and didn't charge those family members at all during a different stay. If you're going to charge visitors to use the pool, make it part of your policy (under xx years free, over xx years $) and don't change the rate.The vending machine was almost empty during our entire stay.

Disliked: Breakfast was ok but there's too much plastic going into the trash because of the pre-made meals.

Liked: The room was very clean. It had one of the best pool and hot tub areas i have seen it a hotel. This area was also very clean.
Disliked: The complimentary breakfast wasn't up to standards. The breakfast meals that needed to get heated up didn't look very appetizing.

Disliked: Warmer covers on the bed Needed Uncontrolled children in lunch room while their parents tried talking over each other. Loudmouth cackling women in the lunch room.
